Safety and HSE day in SRT Gela (21 April 2010)

The Italian Branch of GreenStream, within its own programs regarding health and safety during work for its workers-employees-collaborators and personnel which cooperates with her, has organised an “OPEN DAY” as a day dedicated to the themes on Safety at Work and commitments to the protection of the Environment and Health of its personnel and of all people that could be affected by Company’s activities.
The event took place on Wednesday 21 April 2010 at the Sicily Receiving Terminal in Gela and involved:

• Company’s personnel, together with relevant families;
• Company’s Management;
• Company’s main Stakeholders;
• Company’s main internal and external collaborators.

The program included:

• The visit of the industrial plant, with multimedia projections on the activities therein executed;
• The lunch in a typical Sicilian location;
• The speech by the Company’s Management;
• The Award ceremony of the Company’s personnel who works in the SRT and of the main collaborators and Stakeholders.

The event represented a celebration day for the important results got so far by the Company within HSE framework thanks to all personnel operating for and with the Company, an opportunity to think about the Safety on Work and the fulfilment of main protection of the Environment and Health of personnel, as well as a chance to promote the culture of safety on work and protection of the HSE principles as shared values by persons and Company.
